​You can become a loyalty member for free. Here's how the program works:

1.  Shop at our store.
   
   
2. Collect Points. At checkout, you'll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on most items. Some exceptions apply, see below.​​​
   
   
3. Redeem. Once you've accumulated 280 points , you've got a $25 in-store credit for your next visit!​​

​Members can also sign up for exclusive members only deals on the 1st and 16th of the month, from April to September.

• Points are not issued for large orders where percentage discounts are given​
• David Douglas Botanical Society members receive a 10% discount instead of loyalty points
